Similar plot, acting and humor style

It even has one of the actresses in this series too. I am in episode 4 and so far I like Dead to Me better.

Still he is very enjoyable

No good deed has Ray Romano whom I loved in everybody loves Raymond. I don’t know if it’s the script, or what, but it seems he has lost some of his luster from the days of everybody loves Raymond.

The characters are diverse, reflecting different sides of society and the plot is creative and amusing and at some point one relates to any of the situations that occurs in the series..
